Changdajianke boosts the supply side reform of Weifang Building -- the mass application of the PC in

At present, changdajianke is concentrating resources to strengthen production and installation. It is reported that the current product only takes 10 hours from production to practical application, of which the first two hours are pre curing and the last eight hours are steam curing. According to the current production conditions, changdajianke strives to create more achievements as soon as possible and lead the construction assembly production of Weifang. The voice of the Party Central Committee and the State Council -- vigorously develop prefabricated buildings; With regard to the development of prefabricated buildings, the state has a long history. As early as February of this year, "some opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening the management of urban planning and construction", put forward to develop new construction methods, and strive to use about 10 years to make the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings reach 30%. On September 14, 2016, Premier Li Keqiang presided over the executive meeting of the State Council to promote supply side structural reform and new urbanization, and develop prefabricated buildings such as steel structure and concrete. The meeting decided to focus on Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta city clusters and other cities with a permanent population of more than 3 million, and increase the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings. First, we need to adapt to the market demand, improve the standards and specifications of prefabricated buildings, promote integrated design, industrial production, assembly construction and integrated decoration, and promote the modernization of construction methods. Secondly, we should improve the system of contract awarding, construction, acceptance and so on, strengthen the supervision of the whole process, and ensure the quality and safety of the project. Third, we should increase personnel training, include the development of prefabricated buildings in the assessment indicators of urban planning and construction, and encourage local governments to introduce supporting policies such as planning, finance and taxation, land use, and facilities. Improve the quality of people's life with applicable, economic, safe, green and beautiful assembly buildings. &On September 16, the industrial park of Changda Construction Group formally put the urban pipe gallery into practical application, which is exactly the agreement of the new policy launched by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and also shows the scientific prediction and timely decision-making of Changda for the development of the construction Industrial Park. Now, changdajianke is one of the six production bases in Shandong Province, and will become a national construction Industrial Park in the near future. Changda is forward-looking in the decision-making of construction industrialization; In view of the national adjustment of the construction industry structure and policies, the decision-making level of Changda has deployed the industrial park construction survey as early as around 2010. In September 2012, it was formally decided to establish the project and quoted mature Japanese production technology. In June 2013, it was formally prepared to build the Changda Industrial Park. In November 2013, it was formally broken ground for construction. In 2015, Changda and gaoxincheng Investment Group jointly realized the joint venture operation In June 2016, it was officially put into production. At present, it has formed the production capacity of multiple categories and varieties of products. It is matched with the production of Building PC parts. Changdajian branch also supports the full-automatic steel processing workshop and commercial concrete station, and supplies to the whole society while completing the matching production, so as to drive the upgrading of the whole society's construction production mode. In September 2016, changdajianke officially served as a brand of Changda Construction Group in Weifang construction market. The urban expressway construction under discussion will also provide a larger platform for changdajianke's products. The future changdajianke will have a broader development prospect and continue to make greater contributions to the national supply side structural reform.   |
